Rose had our backs every step of the way through the process of selling our house! She was endlessly patient, realistic, supportive, and reliably served as our advocate throughout. She gave us great guidance on staging, talked us through paperwork and offers, paid close attention to all the other people involved (buyers, their agents, etc), and helped us make solid decisions. She also had a really excellent feel for the market, and the accepted offer was right in the middle of what she'd helped us plan for, and on our ideal timeline. Everything, basically, was super, super smooth; even pleasant - and can't hope for more with a house sale experience! We'll be buying with Redfin soon, and look forward to working with Rose again.

She was consistently available to answer my questions, make suggestions, let me know about new inventory that fit my price range and provide disclosures on those I was interested in. Beyond her skills and knowledge as a real estate agent, she was thoughtful, understanding and handled my frustration with ease. Even after the sale was complete, she continued working with me by making sure I received the official deed, having photos of my new home removed from the internet at my request, having the for sale sign taken down, and providing contacts for work I wanted done. I really cannot think of anything more she could have done and highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a home.
